This cottage which was built over two hundred years ago, offers very comfortable spacious accommodation, double glazed throughout, with an open fire and French doors from the living room leading into the large garden with unfenced mill pond. The boiler room has plenty of space for storage of outdoor gear and rods.
The shops and restaurants of Forres are only seven miles away.

SANDSPOINT

A splendid and very spacious detached Victorian house, the ideal large family holiday house in a wonderful location, and situated in a stunning position on the edge of the village of Findhorn. The house enjoys an uninterrupted outlook across the sand dunes and beach over the Moray Firth to the hills across the water. Beyond the garden are the sand dunes leading down to a long, gently shelving and sandy beach, ideal for children. The bay at Findhorn is a safe sailing anchorage and is well known for sailing, windsurfing and water skiing.
The house itself is ideal for two families, or a larger group, with spacious rooms including a double sized kitchen/dining room with ample space to seat up to fourteen and wonderful sea views from most of the rooms. The sitting out area and the garden are ideal for a quiet hour watching the sun set over the sea. The utlity room has plenty of space for storage of outdoor gear and rods.
