The Nith Catchment Fishery Trust have organised a series of Angling Days for Young people starting this month until December.
Each month young anglers will learn how to catch a range of different fish throughout the Nith catchment. Species include grayling, salmon, trout, pike, coarse fishing including tench. During summer there will be a sea fishing session.
All ages are welcome but under 12’s must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are welcome to all of the sessions as we would like to encourage parents to join their children fishing – read more.
